  • What is included in the site rent?

  • Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, unless we are running a special.

  • What School District are you in?

Turner School District.

  • Why buy a home in the community?

Quivira Hills Estates is a great private community.

We are located in a great school district that is close to shopping and Kansas City's waterpark.

In addition we are just minutes away from the downtown Power and Light District.

  • What is your pet policy?

All pets must be approved by Management. No dangerous breeds. A pet fee may be incurred, check with our staff for details.

  • What is involved in the application process?

We run a credit and background check, in addition we need a copy of a driver’s license, Social Security cards for everyone 18 and over plus proof of income for the household. An application is available in the resident info section of our website. You can fill this out before your visit to expedite the process.

  • What businesses are near the community?

WalMart, Sam's Club, Target as well as Legends Outlets.

  • How much is lot rent?

Lot rent is $491 per month.

FINANCING

  • I don't have good credit. Can I finance a home?

Yes. We have banks that work with damaged credit. Many people with bankruptcies and foreclosures have been approved for financing.

We recommend that you pre-qualify. That way, you can feel more confident knowing your budget and we can find out which home will be perfect for you and your family.

  • Will I Be Able To Insure My Manufactured Home?

Yes. There are several companies that specialize in insuring manufactured homes. Check with your current insurance company, you might get a discount. Here are some other options to guide you along:

  • How do I get  financing?

  • How long does the whole process take?

In most cases you can be approved immediately, once approved you can purchase any available home the same day.

  • Why Should I Pay online?

*Eliminate the cost of postage and handling of lease checks.
*Ability to make payment with a credit card and earn more rewards including mileage points and cash back incentives.

  • Is There a Contract or Can I Cancel at Any Time?

With our Online Rent Payment there is no contract. This service is an option for you to make your lease payments easier.

If you opt to be a member of and still send in a paper check, you will not incure any monthly fees for not using the service. Fees are incurred only when you process a payment.

  • How Do I Sign Up?

To sign up, simply click the “Online Rent Payment” button at the top of our website. You will see a link to create a new account at the bottom right of the page.

From there you will enter the account number that was provided to you and your email address. Follow the instructions on how to create an account.
